Summary
The Senior Analyst - Transportation Support responsible for monitoring all backup and export shipments to ensure timely invoicing and accurate volume tracking. They will work with our vendors on a daily basis to ensure data transmissions are received in ITMS promptly and correctly. Analyst will also be tasked with helping clear audit holds and contract management within ITMS to ensure timely payments to our truck vendors.
Compensation
$53,279 - $63,993 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
- Audit and Process Invoices from truck vendors, both manual and EDI
- Correspond with carriers via e-mail and phone regarding correction of audit holds
- Ensure all EDI files received from vendors are received in a timely manner as well as validated for correctness
- Troubleshoot invoicing and delivery file transmission issues for the vendors, identifying root cause issues
- Monitor and track missing delivery records on vehicles and communicate to vendors to submit
- Manage all items related to Accounts Payable Contracts in ITMS. These items include fuel and mileage tables, accurate dealer information, rate tables, and system routing of vehicles.
- Create Manual Billing Invoices (i.e., transportation, fuel, storage, exports and all others).
- Audit and reconcile backup data to ensure billing accuracy and trucking efficiency
