Job description

Inspector Senior (Temp-to-Hire) – 1st Shift

Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $25/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an Inspector Senior to join our team in Ft. Worth. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting various semi-complex aerospace parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires experience with inspection tools and the ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections on components, assemblies, and finished products using precision measuring tools.

  • Verify conformance to specifications, blueprints, and military/industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare documentation for approvals or rejections.

  • Support first article, in-process, and final inspections.

  • Assist with identifying causes of defects and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3–5 years of inspection or calibration experience in manufacturing or aerospace.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

  • Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and basic trigonometry.

  • Vision screening required.

  • Preferred: Experience with CMM operations and knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 standards.
