Job Title: Senior Telecom Billing  Consultant (CSGi & WBMS)
Location: Littleton, CO 80120 (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
6-12 Moths Contract [Possible Extension)
 

Job Description: We are seeking a Principal Consultant with deep expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, specifically the CSGi Interconnect WBMS billing application. As a domain consultant, you are a skilled professional with Handson experience in the CSGI Interconnect platform to manage and optimize inter operator billing, settlement, and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom operations, financial workflows, and data processing within the CSGI ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, OSS/BSS frameworks, and financial settlement flows
  • Experience in CSGi Interconnect WBMS (Wholesale Billing and Management System) billing application
  • Configure and manage interconnect agreements and partner profiles.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and API integrations

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud-based deployments and SaaS-based models
  • Experience with scripting and automation using SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell, or PowerShell

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a domain consultant in managing and optimizing inter-operator billing, settlement, and partner relationship workflows
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing within the CSGi Interconnect ecosystem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support billing operations and data flow enhancements
  • Drive improvements in system configuration, automation, and integration with external systems
  • Support operational reporting and troubleshoot issues related to billing and settlements
