About This Role
This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work and grow within a risk management department with enterprise-wide responsibility for a company with a dynamic, global risk profile. As a member of the risk management team, you will work with multiple corporate and business functions to support Carrier's enterprise-wide insurance programs and needs, be highly involved with risk management business partners, insurance brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to ensure high quality global risk management services and solutions that deliver extraordinary customer service and the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work within a team responsible for the delivery of extraordinary customer service and outcomes as it relates to key Carrier Risk Management processes, including:
    • Asset Protection/Property Loss Control.
    • Claims Management.
    • Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures.
    • Contract Reviews.
    • Risk Financing/Insurance Program Management.
    • Cost Forecasting.
  • Manage RMIS (Risk Management Information System) systems and processes with utmost emphasis on data integrity, quality, and timeliness of inputs and outputs.
  • Responsible for maintenance and as assigned creation of Carrier Risk Management data dashboards and analytic reports.
  • Oversee Carrier Risk Management data exposure collection process for master insurance programs.
  • Manage business partner relationships for RMIS and data exposure collection
  • Lead creation of AI solutions and execute strategy to support Carrier Risk Management key processes.
  • Support workflow and technology with Carrier contract review process.
  • Manage certificate of insurance issuance process including oversight of related Risk Management business partners.
  • Support Carrier's entities to ensure compliance with local policies and regulatory insurance requirements.
  • Provide periodic updates on material Risk Management projects and issues to Carrier Risk Management department leadership.
  • Manage other duties as well as lead or support special projects as assigned by Carrier Risk Management.
  • Continually deliver a best-in-class, high-quality, leading global Risk Management program for Carrier.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years experience with RMIS (Risk Management Information System) system (e.g., Origami, Riskonnect, Ventiv/RiskConsole, etc.) or similar large data management tools.

  • Corporate risk management and/or insurance industry experience.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
