  • Technology Control Officer
  • This is a position for a Technology Controls Officer in client ICG Technology Controls organization.
  • The TCO will be responsible for governance in the areas of technology risk management and risk assessment, compliance with policies and standards in technology, SDLC, regulatory, information security, and continuity of business.
  • The TCO will manage risk and controls of a large technology platform hosting business critical applications with a state-of-the-art technology stack, that offers a great opportunity for growth, learning and an exposure to the operations of a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Technology Compliance for the department
  • Interface with the technology and business stakeholders at all levels of organization including senior leadership team
  • Be an advisor to the technology staff for addressing technology risk and develop and execute corrective action plans
  • Assist in interpreting the regulatory compliance requirements
  • Oversee audit interactions, ensuring that the response and corrective action from technology teams are prompt and accurate.
  • Present the Tech Risk and Control Scorecards to the senior steering committee.
  • Drive key risk indicators and action plans partnering with Tech management

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skill:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in SDLC or technology infrastructure, risk and controls.
  • An experience as a Tech Control Officer or a Tech Risk and Controls Analyst is an advantage.
  • A thorough understanding of SDLC and Software Development risks and issues management
  • Experience or a knowledge of IS and Controls processes including Issue Management, VA, MCA/QRA, Data Privacy, Secure SDLC, and internal and external Audit
  • Experience of working in a large sized financial institution
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of Excel and PowerPoint
  • CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP certification preferred but not required
