TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) analyste en soutien aux utilisateurs senior ayant une solide experience en support technique et assistance aux utilisateurs dans des environnements informatiques complexes.
La personne retenue interviendra dans le cadre du soutien technique aux utilisateurs et de la resolution des incidents informatiques.
Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
- Recevoir et traiter les demandes des utilisateurs via le systeme de billetterie;
- Diagnostiquer et resoudre les incidents materiels et logiciels;
- Installer et configurer les postes de travail, les logiciels et les equipements informatiques;
- Assurer le suivi des demandes de services et des incidents;
- Documenter les interventions et les solutions appliquees;
- Assurer la configuration et la mise a jour des postes de travail;
- Fournir un soutien technique de niveau avance aux utilisateurs;
- Participer a l'amelioration continue des procedures de support;
- Contribuer a la formation et a l'accompagnement des utilisateurs.
Requirements
- Posseder un diplome universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) en informatique, ou en administration option systeme d'information organisationnelle, ou encore dans une discipline pertinente reconnue par le ministere de l'Education ou l'equivalent.
- Posseder douze (12) annees d'experience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, cumulees au cours des 15 dernieres annees.
- Posseder huit (8) annees d'experience pertinente en soutien technologique, cumulees au cours des 12 dernieres annees.
