  • Supports the development and delivery of programs for targeted talent segments using sound talent management principles.
  • Responsible for stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of development & system resources, project and program measurement, and other deliverables that support talent programs.
  • Maintains and executes projects, events, systems and deliverables related to talent programs.
  • Assists program managers in determining development needs and objectives for various audiences. Recommends, designs, implements and/or evaluates program deliverables as assigned.
  • Fosters effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and external partners. Updates and analyzes program data to proactively make recommendations to management on areas of opportunity.
