Job description

The Opportunity:
Allied Sports is looking for a commercially-minded Senior Manager of Strategy to serve as a key driver of our sponsorship sales and talent marketing efforts. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data, storytelling, and dealmaking - developing strategic frameworks, presentations, and market insights that help our sales teams win new business and grow existing partnerships.
This is a client-facing role that will sit on our Partnership Solutions team, specifically focused on supporting our diverse roster of Property and Talent clients. This role will report to the Vice President, Brand Strategy and work in close daily collaboration with the SVP, Property Sales and SVP, Talent Marketing.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for sponsorship sales across Properties and Athletes
  • Build tailored sponsorship packages and narratives aligned to brand objectives
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and prioritize new revenue opportunities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to client partnership teams
  • Leverage analytics to inform outreach with consumer, category, and cultural insights
  • Create high-impact pitch materials for competitive opportunities
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing and prospective deals
  • Stay current on athlete marketing, NIL trends, and social benchmarks
  • Participate in client and prospect conversations as a strategic lead
  • Research and develop new business targets, categories, and partnership ideas
  • Lead and contribute to brainstorms with actionable, insight-driven concepts
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What You'll Bring:
  • 5-8 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, or talent marketing
  • Proven success developing partnership strategies for high-value deals
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with experience building persuasive materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Client-facing experience with ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed

Considerations:
  • Base salary: $90K-100K annually + Bonus Potential
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)
