Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
***This position is located in our Baltimore, MD office with work performed at client site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days/week***
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
. Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
. Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
. Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
. 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
. Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
. Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
. Experience with the US Federal Government
. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
. 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
. 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
. Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
. 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
. 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
. 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
. 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $176,300.00.
