ServiceNow ITOM Developer
• Implement and support ServiceNow modules including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Implement and support ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM as per ServiceNow best practice guidelines.
• Configure and support MID servers for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and other integration purposes.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered ITOM tools and functionalities to automate IT operations.
• Build workflows and automations leveraging anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
• Troubleshoot Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management issues.
• ServiceNow pattern customization.
