Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer (Sr. FSE) to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot critical processing and filling equipment, and mentor Field Service Engineers and site technicians. This role is instrumental in improving equipment reliability, optimizing performance, and sharing technical expertise across multiple manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues on Tetra Pak processors and fillers and JBT linear fillers.
  • Provide remote technical support to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Lead equipment optimization initiatives using performance data and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and train Field Service Engineers and site maintenance teams.
  • Partner with site leaders, engineering teams, and equipment vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support the development of preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience, including 5+ years specializing in Tetra Pak and JBT equipment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for processing and filling equipment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S.
