Senior Home Health Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive drives referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers. This role promotes Medicare-covered skilled home health services while ensuring full compliance with CMS and Florida regulations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage referral relationships to increase admissions
  • Manage territory activity, referral pipeline, and census growth
  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals
  • Represent the company at community and healthcare events
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare, Anti-Kickback, and Stark regulations

Requirements

  • Established referral relationships for Home Care patients
  • 2+ years home care, home health or hospice sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of home health referral processes
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
