Key Missions

  • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Market IDEMIA Secure Transactions as an employer of choice.
  • Deliver market intelligence, talent insights and competitor analysis to hiring leaders.
  • Drive recruitment process improvements and support Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
Profile & Other Information

Essential experience
Significant experience recruiting in a corporate, agency or RPO environment.
Proven success managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
Experience influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Track record of delivering hires across challenging, competitive talent markets.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

You'll stand out if you have

  • Experience hiring for technology, engineering, manufacturing and professional services roles.
  • Exposure to talent acquisition in a global or matrix organisation.
  • Experience using modern sourcing tools, CRM platforms and recruitment analytics.
A passion for continuous improvement and recruitment innovation.

By choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities. You will contribute to a safer world, collaborating with an international and global community. We value the diversity of our teams and welcome people from all walks of life, regardless of how they look, where they come from, who they love, or what they think.

We deliver cutting edge, future proof innovation that reach the highest technological standards and we're transforming, fast, to stay a leader in a world that's changing fast, too.
