What is a remote talent assessment?

A remote talent assessment is a process used by employers to evaluate a candidate's skills, abilities, and suitability for a role through online tests, interviews, or simulations conducted remotely. It helps identify qualified candidates efficiently without in-person interactions and often involves digital tools or platforms.
