Engagement Description
  • The Senior Business Analyst supports healthcare operations by identifying, analyzing, and helping resolve operational issues that impact patient care, regulatory compliance, quality, and efficiency.
  • This role leads cross-functional work groups across clinical, administrative, and operational teams to plan, coordinate, and track the actions required to address identified issues.
  • The Senior Business Analyst analyzes operational and performance data to identify trends and emerging risks, provides clear and timely reporting to leadership at all levels, and supports issue management and minor initiatives. This is a non-technical role focused on business processes, operational performance, and stakeholder coordination rather than system design or application development.
