Job description

Position Title: Special Operations Parachute Rigger Location: VA Beach, VA Clearance: Secret Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on military freefall, static line, and cargo parachute systems in Naval Special Warfare (MT-2XX, MT-3, MT-4, NON-Tactical Parachute Systems, MC-6, T-11Rs, G-12, G-14, 15' extraction parachutes) Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of MT-2XX parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals. Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of MC-6 parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals. * Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of T-11 reserve parachutes, in accordance with applicable manuals.

Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of G-12 cargo parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals. Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of 15-foot extraction parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals. * Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of Non-Tactical parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals.

Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of MT-3 parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals. Perform technical rigger inspections and repacks of MT-4 parachute systems in accordance with applicable manuals. * Perform authorized repairs on military freefall, static line, and cargo parachute systems in Naval Special Warfare (MT-2XX, MT-3, MT-4, NON-Tactical Parachute Systems, MC-6, T-11Rs, G-12, G-14, 15' extraction parachutes).

Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum of three years' (NSW/EOD) SOPR maintenance experience in support of static-line, freefall personnel and cargo parachute systems. FT. Lee Special Operations Parachute Rigger (SOPR) Course (provide certificate).

Graduate of U.S. Army Quartermaster Rigger School (provide certificate). Current FAA Senior or Master Parachute Rigger (provide certificate).
