  • Develop, write, edit, customize, and QA proposal responses that align with client requirements, market dynamics, and organizational objectives.

  • Research and collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate, compliant, and compelling proposal content.

  • Coordinate pricing-related proposal components and ensure alignment across all proposal deliverables.

  • Ensure proposal responses comply with client requirements, internal policies, and subject matter expert approval processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries and response databases to ensure content remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational capabilities.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and departmental programs that enhance proposal quality, operational efficiency, and business performance (as needed).

  • Support the development of best practices, standard operating procedures, governance processes, and quality standards across the proposal team.

  • Leverage proposal management technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, consistency, and response quality.

  • Mentor, train, and support team members while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 5+ years of proposal writing, sales support, business development support, or related functions.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex RFP, RFI, and proposal responses from strategy through submission.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to develop proposal content from minimal direction.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling client-focused solutions.

  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, pharmaceutical manufacturer services, healthcare, or related industries preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity, and work independently with minimal guidance

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

  • Strong analytical, research, and content-development skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and accuracy.
