Job description

MISSION: The Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and testing a wide range of RF and digital systems, subsystems, and components. This position requires the ability to work independently and take high-level direction from engineers to achieve results in an engineering environment and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs and maintain flexibility while still achieving quality outputs.

YEAR 1 ACCOUNTABILITIES AND METRICS:

  • Develop soldering skills
    • Metric: Obtain J-STD-001 Certification
  • Have a working knowledge of various RF and other electronic test equipment
    • Metric: Lecture and demonstration on test equipment to CTO
  • Efficiently test and troubleshoot new circuit designs
    • Metric: Identify 1 monthly example to supervisor
  • Mentor less experienced technicians
    • Metric: Identify 3 monthly examples to supervisor

Salary Range: $60K - $80K annually

U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
