Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30.


What will you do in this role?

On the job training is expected as training associated with this role is long term. Mastering tasks will take months to years, so a desire to learn new skills and concepts is required.

Willing to learn, open-minded and curious.

Attention to detail, mechanically inclined and willing to learn the concepts behind how components work in addition to the steps required for tuning them.

Learn assembly and testing of RF products and ensure product meets specifications defined by engineering drawings and data sheets.

Ensure that work travelers are complete and accurate.

Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful?

Two or more years in a technical role or manufacturing environment or experience in skilled trades helpful.

Associates degree in Electronics or knowledge of hand radio helpful.

Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work well with associates at all levels within the organization.

Ability to use hand tools for assembly work.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.

Requiring hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.

Routinely communicates face-to-face on telephone and in writing require strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Normally standing with freedom of movement on a regular basis and ability to move within a campus setting.

Ability to lift and manipulate R.F. Components and Test Equipment up to 50lbs.

Requires strong interpersonal skills.
