Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Revenue Manager, RAMP is responsible for driving commercial revenue performance and accelerating the successful onboarding of new-to-Choice hotels by developing and executing pre-opening revenue strategies and ensuring commercial readiness at opening. Working with a rotating portfolio of 20-30 hotels, this role partners with franchisees and internal stakeholders to optimize pricing, inventory, distribution channels, and digital visibility before and after hotel openings. By leveraging market intelligence, demand forecasting, and ChoiceROCS tools, this position ensures hotels are commercially ready from day one, supports revenue growth during the critical ramp-up period, and promotes operational excellence through system readiness, standardized onboarding processes and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the pre-opening revenue management process for new-to-Choice hotels, including pricing, inventory, distribution, and demand-generation strategies.
  • Own revenue activation readiness by ensuring systems, channels, rate plans, and digital visibility are accurate and launch-ready.
  • Partner with franchisees and internal teams to align commercial priorities, activation timelines, and ChoiceROCS adoption.
  • Monitor ramp-up performance, conduct system audits and quality checks, and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Improve revenue activation of workflows, system setup standards, and onboarding processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and long-term revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in hotel revenue management, revenue analytics, hospitality commercial strategy, or a related field preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to optimize hotel revenue performance.
  • Experience analyzing market trends, demand forecasts, and competitive data to support business decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple properties, accounts, or projects across varied markets while collaborating with cross-functional partners such as sales, marketing, operations, and digital commerce.
  • Experience partnering with hotel owners, franchisees, or operators to drive commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Pre-opening hotel experience or experience supporting new hotel launches preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with revenue management systems (RMS) and revenue optimization tools.
  • Working knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hotel distribution systems.
  • Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online travel agency (OTA) channels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CVENT, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial, operational, and market performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience utilizing forecasting, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of ChoiceROCS revenue management tools and processes preferred.

Education Requirements

  • Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification preferred.
  • Ability to obtain CRME certification within the first year of employment if not already certified.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $86,886 - $102,219. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
