RevCycle Architect
The RevCycle Consultant guides the client and Cerner colleagues in identifying and executing the changes required to achieve defined benefits. Using effective consulting skills in meetings and events, the consultant drives the client through design of clinical and business processes, solutions and technology workflows, and successful adoption that 
will lead to achieved value. The RevCycle Consultant assists in organizational change management, helps clients identify opportunities for improvements, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
•Manage revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues 
• Articulate operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to Client and Cerner project teams 
• Represent leadership expectations for testing strategy, issue management, conversion readiness and post- conversion responsibilities to Cerner and Client stakeholders 
• Manage project escalations tracking, status and Client expectations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership 
• Lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues 
• Work closely with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting prior to conversion 
• Participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions 
• Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. 
• Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. 
• Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments. 
• Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates'' development. 
• Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates'' skills to fill gaps. 
WORK EXPERIENCE 
Total combined related work experience and completed higher education - At least 6 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience - At least 1 year 
Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher  education - At least 5 years 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed 
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations 
Work in accordance with Cerner security policies and procedures, understand personal  role in safeguarding corporate and Client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position 
Perform other Services as assigned
