Who are you?
You're a relationship-focused retirement plan professional who enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of retirement plan administration. At C&N, we're seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to oversee the administration, compliance, and ongoing success of retirement plans while delivering exceptional service to plan sponsors and participants.
In this role, you'll manage client relationships, oversee plan administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to expand C&N's Retirement Services offerings. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with outstanding client service, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our growing Wealth Management team.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates must reside within 50 miles of a C&N location or be willing to relocate to be considered.
You will be responsible for:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans by building strong relationships with plan sponsors and participants while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  2. Retirement Plan Administration: Administer qualified retirement plans by reviewing plan design, maintaining plan documents, overseeing compliance testing, coordinating plan conversions, and ensuring operational accuracy.
  3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Monitor retirement plans for compliance with applicable regulations, assist with annual testing, Form 5500 preparation, disclosures, and recommend process improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness.
  4. Business Development & Relationship Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Retirement Services and other Wealth Management relationships through referrals, participant education, and collaboration with Financial Consultants.
  5. Participant Education & Support: Coordinate enrollment meetings, provide retirement education, respond to participant and sponsor inquiries, and help clients maximize the value of their retirement plans.

Requirements:
Education & Experience - You will need a bachelor's degree AND one 4-6 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
