POSITION SUMMARY
The mission of the Sr. Retail Buyer is to create the best-in-market, on-trend assortment for our Retail stores that achieve Sales and Margin Targets and help develop the buying methodology for current retail fleet and future expansion needs.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR SR. RETAIL BUYER:

-Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in the proper demographic and seasonality across current and coming retail locations
-Drive and analyze daily/weekly sales, bestsellers, present findings and suggest actions
-Propose ranges in line with company focuses, seasonality and SKU count needs
-Comprehensively analyze current and historical sales data in order to select the best possible ranges across all retail locations
-Work collaboratively with the Retail Merchandise Assistant, Planning team, Visual team, and Retail stores to ensure proper, on time execution
-Visit stores regularly to get to know styles in real life, understand execution successes and challenges and get feedback from store teams and direct from customers

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's degree preferred
-5+ years of Buying experience
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Team player and ability to work collaboratively
-Flexible and adaptable with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
-A passion for fashion!!


SALARY BANDING: 100-120k
