  • Track pipeline health and hiring progress across entities and provide status updates and reports to People Operations leadership
  • Partner with the People Operations team to support a seamless transition from offer acceptance through onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, hiring processes, and candidate experience

What we are seeking:

  • Strong proficiency in diverse sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies to build consistent, high-quality pipelines
  • Technical fluency in Greenhouse (or another similar ATS) paired with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Skilled at managing hiring manager relationships, with the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to meet shifting business needs and department goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining close alignment and communication with People Operations leadership

What We Offer:

14TH offers a friendly work environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Salary: $75,000
