Hire Ventures is a woman-owned consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide fractional HR and recruiting support to growing businesses, acting as an embedded partner to leadership teams. Our work is both strategic and hands-on, helping clients find and keep talent while building strong, scalable people operations.
We are growing and looking to add a Talent Consultant to our Atlanta consulting team - this is a role that is perfect for someone with a shared love of both Recruiting & HR.

The Role
As a Talent Consultant, you act as an extension of our clients’ teams, providing both HR and recruiting support depending on the needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable shifting between priorities, enjoys being on-site with clients, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.

You will work closely with our senior consultants and leadership team while also building strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
HR Support
  • Partner with Senior HR Consultants to provide engagement support and handle various day-to-day HR needs and projects
  • Support onboarding and off boarding processes for our clients
  • Assist with performance management processes and documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Contribute to HR assessments and roadmap execution
Recruiting
  • Work with our Senior Recruiting team to provide support on all client open positions, this support may include sourcing, screening, vetting and presenting candidates. 
  • Managing open roles from intake through offer, keeping our clients and candidates informed through every step of the process
  • Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source, screen, and communicate with candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve interview processes and decision-making
  • Maintain ATS systems and ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Support recruiting strategy and pipeline development
Client & On-Site Support
  • Work on-site with Atlanta-based clients as needed
  • Represent Hire Ventures as a trusted, professional partner
  • Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leadership teams
Projects & Team Collaboration
  • Support HR system implementations and process improvements
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with the Hire Ventures team at Atlanta Tech Village
  • Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and process development

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a blended talent role
  • Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and full-cycle recruiting
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients
  • Willingness to be on-site with clients across the Atlanta area
