As a member of our recruiting team, you will play a critical role in fueling our growth in both our established and emerging markets. Our Sr. Recruiters are experts in their trade; you will be expected to fill requirements in your market and will have the opportunity to work with clients across the nation in the verticals of Information Technology (IT) and/or Finance & Accounting (F&A).

Responsibilities:


• Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and referrals to attract the very best candidates

• Cultivate relationships with candidates through phone and/or video interviews via Zoom

• Partner with our Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles for our clients

• Match candidate skills/desires/personality with our clients’ needs

• Negotiate pay rates with Consultants and Candidates

• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire

• Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity

• Collaborate with the team to develop best practices in the industry. Required Skills/Abilities:

• At least 3 years of experience as a successful recruiter in the Finance or Accounting industry

• Self-Accountability

• A positive attitude and coachability

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
