Senior Project ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of proven success in leading large-scale, complex technology and business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget control, and successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through deployment and support.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, executives, vendors, and external partners.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
  • Track project KPIs and ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Manage change requests, scope modifications, and project documentation.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Support PMO initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise-scale projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience leading distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning expertise.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Planview.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience managing cloud transformation projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience in Data Engineering, ERP, CRM, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
