Provided Pay Range Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Job Title Senior Project Engineer Location Remote – Must reside in Northern Arizona, Northern New Jersey, Dallas‐Fort Worth, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Northern VA, Southern PA or PHX/Vegas/Reno, NV areas. Reports To President Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead projects with our clients seeking our expertise in electric utility projects.

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for running large‐scale utility projects on behalf of our clients and will be the primary contact for client project solutions. They will direct overall project engineering/management and implementation on client projects with guidance from the principal and senior members of the firm as well as manage/mentor junior engineers and managers. Key Responsibilities Manage project related power infrastructure services that may include technical, regulatory, and financial analysis.

Respond to client inquiries in a manner that exceeds the client's expectations. Analyze and present client reporting information. Coordinate with principal and project engineers and manage internal and external resources.

Take lead on project meetings, client project schedules, meeting documentation, and budgetary tracking. Work with and guide more junior Project Engineers to provide markups/sketches in Visio, AutoCAD, and/or Bluebeam. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead and mentor Project Engineers on project work and client relationships/expectations. Ideal Candidate – Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Engineer in Training or Professional Engineering License or on track toward licensure preferred.

Experience with project management of infrastructure projects. Specific experience with electric utility power infrastructure required; experience with medium voltage distribution design/construction, high voltage substation design/construction, utility metering, and/or project engineering/management preferred. 10–15 years of total experience within the electric utility construction industry in a project engineering/management role.

Computer skills – experience with Microsoft suite of products, AutoCAD, Visio and desire to learn and leverage new technology platforms. Project Engineering/Management focused on exceeding customer requirements. Utility distribution and/or transmission experience and familiarity.

Direct involvement with distribution/transmission systems, or building infrastructure systems such as electrical switch gear, emergency/standby generation, etc. Involvement with datacenter construction preferred. Experience with direct client interactions.
