Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. This role serves as the execution engine behind the People Partner organization's highest-impact priorities, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring initiatives move from concept to implementation. The Senior Manager simplifies complexity by leveraging AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, streamline execution, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across organizational design, talent, change management, and strategic workforce priorities, delivering scalable solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

The People Partner organization supports Merchandising and Health & Wellness leaders in building high-performing teams that adapt quickly and deliver results. As part of this group, the Senior Manager, Program Management collaborates with People Leaders, People Partners, and business leaders to translate complex priorities into scalable solutions. The team brings clarity to ambiguity, leads cross-functional initiatives, and transforms strategy into sustainable actions that enhance organizational effectiveness and accelerate business outcomes. • Lead execution of high-impact People and business initiatives by identifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, removing barriers, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable people solutions across organizational design, talent, change management, and workforce planning.
• Develop and manage governance routines, execution plans, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and accelerate execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, simplifying ways of working, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate program health using data and insights, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
