Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. This role serves as the execution engine behind the People Partner organization's highest-impact priorities, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring initiatives move from concept to implementation. The Senior Manager simplifies complexity by leveraging AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, streamline execution, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across organizational design, talent, change management, and strategic workforce priorities, delivering scalable solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

The People Partner organization supports Merchandising and Health & Wellness leaders in building high-performing teams that adapt quickly and deliver results. As part of this group, the Senior Manager, Program Management collaborates with People Leaders, People Partners, and business leaders to translate complex priorities into scalable solutions.
