Summary
The Oracle ERP Manager plays a critical role in enabling manufacturing excellence by optimizing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems across production, inventory, supply chain, and financial operations. This role blends deep manufacturing process knowledge with technical and programming expertise to ensure ERP platforms effectively support operational performance, data accuracy, and business decision-making across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements tailored to manufacturing operations
  • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements across production planning, inventory management, procurement, and shop floor control
  • Develop, maintain, and support ERP customizations, system integrations, and reporting using SQL and other relevant programming languages
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve ERP system utilization
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to resolve ERP-related issues with minimal operational disruption
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and governance standards
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides
  • Train end users and provide ongoing ERP support across manufacturing locations
  • Support plant-level implementations, training, and collaboration, including travel as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong programming capability in SQL and at least one additional language such as Python, Java, or C#.
