Your Role

As a Senior Tax Manager, youโ€™ll play a key leadership role in delivering advanced tax compliance and strategic advisory services for a portfolio that includes high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and mid-to-large private companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee complex tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, multi-state)
  • Lead tax planning and advisory engagements for HNW clients and businesses
  • Advise clients on partnership allocations, basis, and structuring strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring technical quality and development
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on tax compliance, transactions, and growth planning
  • Stay current on tax law developments and guide clients accordingly


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • CPA license required
  • Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong technical expertise in partnership and HNW taxation
  • Experience working with large or mid-sized privately held businesses
  • Solid background in complex tax compliance and consulting
  • Prior management or supervisory experience in a tax department
  • Comfortable in a fully remote, paperless environment
  • Strong client service mindset and ability to communicate with business owners and executives
