Senior Program Director, PACT, Fitchburg

CSO is looking for a Senior Program Director for our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) program.

Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment program designed to assist youth overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.?

This Senior Program Director will provide daily clinical and administrative leadership of the CSO PACT service programs in collaboration with the Crisis Services Program Director and CCS/Respite Program Director.The Senior Program Director of PACT will supervise all PACT services for the assigned locations including staffing, programming, administration, finances, community collaboration, and working closely with the Regional Director of CCS, Respite, and PACT Programs.

As a Senior Program Director for PACT:

You Will:

  • Oversee the management teams of the CSO PACT Programs, providing guidance to the Program Managers and their supervisory staff.
  • Provide or delegate administrative and clinical supervision of clinical and counseling staff.
  • Provide support to all teams on a variety of programmatic and agency matters including adhering to PACT and TMACT expectations, collaboration with DMH area partners, reviewing PACT referrals and discharges, reviewing programming and service delivery, case management issues, and clinical supervisions of Management level staff.
  • Collaborate with other professionals providing services to PACT clients.
  • Work with Director of Recruitment Program Managers of PACT as needed to review applicants, interview candidates, and hire quality staff with values that align with CSO's mission.
  • Work with the PACT Managers and DMH on a regular basis to monitor PACT caseload with the goal of maximizing census and maintaining at a high number of enrollees.
  • Monitor staff scheduling to maintain ratio and shift coverage as well as quality services within approved budget.
  • Attend or conduct regular staff meetings in PACT Programs.
  • Collect, record, and distribute statistical information and generate reports as necessary.
  • Maintain and follow all program specific policies and procedures for PACT Programs.

Your Background:

  • Clinical Master's degree
  • Three years of relevant experience including supervisory experience
  • Clinical license (preferred)
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
