Lithography Team Process Development Engineer
  • Develop, optimize, and sustain lithography processes used for device fabrication at Qorvo's semiconductor fabrication facility.
  • Position requires working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
  • Primary responsibility will include supporting photolithography processes and tools for resist coat, expose, develop, and associated metrology. Role will involve broad range of litho toolsets related to 1x, i-line and ebeam processes.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Integration, and R&D to ensure process stability, improve yield, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS in Engineering, Materials, Statistics or physical sciences or equivalent. MS or PhD preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of wafer fab semiconductor photolithography process engineering experience, with demonstrated success in process development, process control, DOE execution, yield improvement, and root-cause analysis. 3 years or more if MS; 0 years or more if PhD.
  • Hands-on experience with ASML steppers/scanners and TEL track systems, including process qualification, optimization, matching, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in yield, defectivity, overlay, critical dimension control, and overall process performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage large manufacturing datasets using SQL, Oracle, Spotfire, Access, JMP, or equivalent tools to identify process trends, drive yield improvements, and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Experience with data automation, scripting, and advanced analytics tools such as Databricks, Python, JMP Scripting Language (JSL), R, MATLAB, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Position requires significant time working in a cleanroom environment. Some lifting and standing will be required.
