Position: Senior PowerBuilder Developer
Location: Richmond, VA (23219)
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior PowerBuilder Developer to maintain and enhance legacy tax processing systems. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a team environment to support system modernization and interface development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary Agile team to analyze and implement customer requirements.
  • Design and create clear, maintainable code and facilitate architectural discussions.
  • Utilize Team Foundation (Azure DevOps) for version control and lifecycle management.
  • Engage with relational databases like Oracle 19C or MySQL to support application functionality.
