Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Seeking a seasoned, highly organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a dynamic executive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a trusted professional who thrives on managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, and keeping every detail moving seamlessly.
Fluency in Spanish is required. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing, while handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support.
• Manage a demanding calendar, meetings, scheduling, and shifting priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
• Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and sensitive information.
• Support personal scheduling, appointments, errands, and household-related needs as required.
• Act as a proactive point person across internal teams, external contacts, and vendors.
• Maintain strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail at all times.
Qualifications
• Strong Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant background supporting senior-level leadership.
Fluent Spanish and English communication skills required.
