What you'll own
  • Lead and manage a centralized team of paralegals, delivering consistent, scalable, and high-quality legal support across multiple practice areas.
  • Oversee workload allocation, service levels, and quality of work product, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with legal and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for paralegal support across the legal function, partnering closely with attorneys and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to optimize tools, processes, and adoption of new systems and workflows.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, data discipline, and building high-performing teams in a shared services environment.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a corporate or public company environment.
