What You'll Be Doing…

  • Propose and evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment in designated areas.
  • Ensure plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met.
  • Coordinate effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment supporting SPQRC initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance and training for plant operations.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and suppliers for timely project completion.
  • Analyze tooling and equipment, selecting steps for resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external business units.
  • Support plants in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost objectives.
  • Implement compliance with QS9000/ISO14001/(GMS) Global Manufacturing System processes.

The Right Candidate Has…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Basic knowledge of tooling and automotive industry processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes or similar email communication tools.
  • Ability to work with senior management to analyze and solve issues.
