You will be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the SITC Manufacturing Engineering group. Our team is responsible for delivering precise work instructions, advancing process automation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for converting complex designs into actionable production guidance and enhancing manufacturing efficiency across missiledefense programs.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Translate engineering blueprints and parts lists into clear work instructions.

  • Develop and implement process automation and advanced manufacturing techniques.

  • Lead rootcause corrective actions and Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.

  • Design and optimize processes to reduce cost, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.
