  • Evaluate and modernize the existing digital commerce tech stack (e.g., OMS, CMS, payment gateways, and personalization engines) to support scalable growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, introducing forward-thinking capabilities like omni-channel integration, social commerce, and headless architecture where appropriate.
  • Identify, scope, and implement high-impact Agentic AI across the digital ecosystem (e.g., multi-agent workflows, autonomous customer service agents, automated inventory/supply chain decisioning, and hyper-personalized commerce experiences).
  • Drive the deployment of AI transformation initiatives built on modern Agentic LLM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing core e-commerce platforms and internal operational systems.
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and evaluation guardrails are in place to support autonomous AI agents.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for AI adoption, upskilling team members and shifting organizational mindset toward data-driven, agentic decision-making.

3. Business Value Delivery & ROI Maximization

  • Establish and own the value-realization framework for all digital initiatives; define clear KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics (ROI, NPV, TCO).
  • Ensure every digital deployment—especially advanced AI initiatives—is directly tied to business growth, cost reduction, or operational efficiency.
  • Conduct post-launch assessments to analyze business value delivery and continuously optimize digital product performance.

4. End-to-End Project Delivery & Governance

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives, managing budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market.

5. Stakeholder Management & Change Advocate

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, effectively communicating complex technological transformations into clear, value-based business narratives.
  • Navigate and lead organizational change management, breaking down silos to foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous digital innovation.
Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy, business transformation, digital commerce, or enterprise change initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and teams.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise technology implementations with measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI, machine learning, automation, digital platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, customer experience strategies, and platform modernization.
  • Experience developing executive-level business cases, investment strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MBA, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field).
  • Experience implementing Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI platforms at scale.
  • Background in management consulting, digital strategy, or transformation leadership.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.
