We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic software engineers who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of critical software projects while building scalable, high-quality solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities Software Development & Execution Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Work closely with senior developers and architects to understand system design and implementation. Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.

Learn and apply secure coding and performance optimization techniques. Collaboration & Teamwork Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements. Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Communicate progress clearly and ask for guidance when needed. Learning & Growth Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay updated on modern development tools, technologies, and practices.

Take initiative in learning new frameworks, libraries, and tools used by the team.
