  • Track project progress against milestones, identify risks and issues early, escalate decisions when needed, and drive mitigation plans to closure
  • Track project metrics, adoption measures, and deliverable status to report on progress of Legal Transformation initiatives
  • Prepare concise project updates, dashboards, leadership summaries, and stakeholder communications that give legal leaders and cross-functional partners clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
  • Support change management and adoption activities for Legal Transformation initiatives, including stakeholder readiness, training logistics, communications, and adoption tracking
  • Facilitate post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and convert them into reusable templates, playbooks, and process improvements for the Legal function
  • Partner with Communications and HR to manage Legal communications channels and routines, including Viva Engage, the quarterly Extended Leadership Team meeting, and Legal's internal intranet presence
  • Partner with Finance and budget owners to support Legal financial operations, including subscription management, spend tracking, and support for the annual operating plan
  • Support legal and business stakeholders in maintaining and improving legal processes, including standard workflows, governance routines, and implementation tracking
  • Provide project management guidance to legal team members on planning, accountability, risk management, and effective status reporting
  • Develop and improve project management resources, including templates, playbooks, dashboards, meeting routines, and reporting tools that help the Legal function execute projects consistently
