This role is responsible for delivering practical, high-quality training programs, ensuring consistent execution across locations, and supporting leaders and employees with tools and training needed to perform effectively.

Training Operations & Coordination

Learning Systems & Tracking
โ€ข Maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
โ€ข Track training participation, completion, and engagement.
โ€ข Generate reports on training activity and progress.
Compliance & Follow-Up
โ€ข Monitor completion of required training programs.
โ€ข Follow up with employees and managers on outstanding training.
โ€ข Support alignment with safety, operational, and compliance requirements.
Business & Field Support
โ€ข Partner with Operations and Sales teams to support training needs.
โ€ข Reinforce consistency in processes and execution across branches.
โ€ข Provide support for workforce, operational, and customer-facing training.
Continuous Improvement

Team Support

Required Skills
โ€ข Experience:
5-7+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or Bachelors in related field
โ€ข Experience delivering training programs in a multi-site or operational environment preferred
โ€ข Facilitation & Delivery:
โ€ข Strong facilitation skills with ability to deliver engaging training sessions
โ€ข Experience delivering workforce or leadership training programs
โ€ข Program Management:
โ€ข Experience managing training schedules, logistics, and multiple programs
โ€ข Strong organizational and execution skills
โ€ข Systems & Tools:
โ€ข Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
