About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at ROLLER. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 or more days onsite each week in our Austin office. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our partner ecosystem, acting as the main point of contact for our partners, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen these relationships. To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the leisure and attraction industry, as well as our partners' goals, products, and technology. Initially, you will own the strategy and execution for 1-2 partner categories, expanding over time to 3-5 as the ecosystem grows.ย

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution for your assigned categories.ย 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing exceptional support and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Screen inbound partner inquiries and assess potential partnership opportunities, involving senior team members when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain streamlined processes for partners to access information and support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with referral and integration partners to drive mutual success and growth.
  • Support sales initiatives by managing and promoting hardware packages to new and existing customers.
  • Develop strategies that enable partner-led sales and maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner data in Salesforce to track interactions and progress.ย 
  • Use Salesforce data to monitor partner performance and guide strategic decisions.


About You

  • 3+ years of Go-To-Market (GTM) experience, with at least 1 year focused on partnership development.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
  • Based in Austin, Texas and open to working 3 days on-site in our Austin Office.
  • Solid understanding of technology and hardware; experience in SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools), with strong data management and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building lasting relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
  • A collaborative, self-motivated mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
