Position Summary:

We have partnered with a national organization to support the identification of high-level executive support professionals as the company prepares for upcoming leadership growth and expansion.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported senior executives and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly confidential environments. The role will provide direct support to executive leadership and serve as a trusted administrative and operational partner.


Essential Function:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence
  • Support meetings, board interactions, and leadership initiatives
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with special projects, operational coordination, and process improvement

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Experience in corporate, healthcare, finance, or multi-site organizations
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and executive support tools
