Job description

Senior Leadership will play a key role in our restaurant operations. Senior Leadership has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including product preparation and delivery, guest relations, restaurant repairs and maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each guest, as well as other duties as required or assigned.
Senior Leadership responsibilities include:
Providing Positive Leadership: setting both short and long-term goals, motivating employees, and developing their skills
Managing Operations: overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality & cleanliness standards, combined with managing budgets
Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: promote and exceed the highest level of service expectations, consistently delivering our CiCis Culture
Driving Sales and Profit: supporting restaurant managers to maximize sales and profits
Managing Staff: employee recruiting, hiring, training, and redirection
Communicating: open and frequent communication, promoting a culture of continuous improvement while aligning individual goals with the overall company vision
Community Relations: promote brand awareness through local store marketing, building genuine relationships with community members
