Key Accountabilities
  • Serve as core contributor and leader within the Cargill Integrated Business Planning (CIBP) process, providing insight into 0-36 month supply plan versus capacity constraints, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing actionable recommendations

  • Generate and execute safety stock and inventory plans/targets for the assigned product lines, using the approved supply plan inputs
  • Develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages
  • Maintain data relevant to network distribution planning activities including capacity, constraints, costs, etc.
  • Lead identifying and evaluating what-if scenario plans
  • Manage stock health management for assigned product lines with consistent monitoring of aging and non-performing inventory, holding cross-functional partners accountable to identified actions
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
