Job description

Position Summary - Orlando, FL (hybrid)

Seeking an entry-level to junior Infrastructure Engineer to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, technology deployments, site support initiatives, and infrastructure projects. This individual will work closely with senior engineers and project teams to maintain and improve network, server, telecommunications, and site technology environments while ensuring documentation, inventory, and support processes remain up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support infrastructure-related moves, adds, changes, and deployments across sites.
  • Assist with planning, testing, deployment, and support of network, server, and telecommunications technologies.
  • Perform basic to moderate infrastructure configuration and integration activities.
  • Participate in site assessments and technical due diligence for new projects.
  • Help maintain infrastructure documentation, inventory records, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and support teams to meet project priorities.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with infrastructure-related issues under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Support testing and documentation of new tools, technologies, and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
  • Experience supporting:
    • Network infrastructure
    • Server infrastructure
    • Telecommunications technologies
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience documenting technical processes and maintaining technical records.
  • Associate''s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
