The Infrastructure Analyst plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving IT infrastructure across server, network, and cloud environments. This position partners with internal teams to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that ensure reliable and secure operations. The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts through automation, documentation, and infrastructure enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Execute approved infrastructure designs, standards, and roadmaps established by senior engineering and IT leadership.
  • Participate in capacity planning, lifecycle management, and operational readiness activities.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to reliability, performance, and supportability.
  • Create and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks to promote consistency and scalability.
  • Acquisition & Deployment
  • Assist with evaluation, testing, and deployment of infrastructure hardware, software, and services.
  • Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, and enhancements using established change management processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during deployments and issue resolution.
  • Ensure new infrastructure components are configured, documented, monitored, and transitioned into operational support.

Operational Management
  • Provide day-to-day infrastructure support, monitoring, and incident response across server, network, identity, endpoint, and related platforms.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues requiring deeper infrastructure knowledge.
  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and backup verification.
  • Support disaster recovery readiness through testing, validation, and operational documentation.
  • Maintain accurate asset and system documentation for supported infrastructure components.
  • Support infrastructure projects and initiatives, including continuous improvement and automation.
