Key Responsibilities:


Report to the Executive Chef, assisting in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu development, costing, and execution.


Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.


Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and scheduling, to ensure efficiency and control costs.


Lead the line during service, guaranteeing consistency and quality in every dish.


Uphold and enforce all sanitation, safety, and health standards (HACCP).


Collaborate with the Executive Chef on creating innovative specials and refining menu items.


What You Bring:


A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive culinary experience.


At least 1 year in a Sous Chef role in an upscale, high-volume (minimum $5M annual revenue) restaurant.


Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team.


Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, inventory management, and food costing.


A creative flair and passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional food.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.


ServSafe certification is highly preferred.
