Job description

Title: Sr. Procurement Specialist
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Duration: 12 Month's
100% Onsite
Position: Supply Chain Specialist I
Location: 1101 Greenwood Blvd. Lake Mary, FL 100 % onsite
Days/Hours: Mon - Friday Daytime hours - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Initial meeting via Teams, then either will have candidate come onsite or a 2nd Teams meeting.

Position Summary
  • The Supply Chain Specialist I will support daily supply chain operations by coordinating material availability, supplier communications, inventory management activities, and purchase order execution to ensure uninterrupted business operations and high service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase orders to support operational requirements.
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on open orders to ensure on-time receipt.
  • Expedite critical materials and resolve supply issues as they arise.
  • Track and maintain accurate order status within ERP systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities.
  • Analyze stock shortages, excess inventory, and material availability concerns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, order changes, and issue resolution.
  • Support demand and supply planning activities as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain performance reports and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to address supply chain requirements.
  • Maintain accurate master data and supply chain records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, inventory management, or related functions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
