The High School Assistant Field Hockey Coach assists the Head Coach in leading and managing the field hockey program while promoting skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The Assistant Coach helps plan and conduct practices, instructs student-athletes in field hockey fundamentals and strategy, supports game-day operations, and fosters a positive environment that encourages both athletic and personal growth.
