We are an independently owned and operated Senior Helpers franchise business. Senior Helpers is the nation's premier provider of in-home senior services ranging from specialized care for those with diseases, such as dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's, to personal and companion care to help individuals looking for a little assistance with daily activities. Founded in 2002 with a vision to help seniors age with dignity despite age-related illnesses and mobility challenges, Senior Helpers has over 300 combined franchised-corporate store businesses that have cared for tens of thousands of seniors. Senior Helpers' culture is based on strong core values, recognition of achievements, and respect.

Hiring for all days and shifts! Weekdays (preferred), weekends, overnights, evenings, and PRN (preferred)

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) and be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Have reliable transportation 
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

 

Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming) and/or deliver companionship and support to enhance quality of life.
  • Assist with non-medical care needs, including everyday aging challenges and post-procedure recovery
  • Offer medication reminders and help with errands and housekeeping needs.
  • Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed
  • Must be able to serve clients throughout our service areas (North Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Knightdale)
